Andy works with you as your personal coach on all aspects of your project that are within his professional scope of practice. He will use a combination of written plans, 6 x 45 minute coaching calls and homework-feedback.
This is the most popular package and there are limited places available at any one time so that Andy can keep the quality of his coaching high.

Andy will work with you to help you put an outline plan together that is right for you, consistent with your goals, and fits into your lifestyle. You get a plan that you own – not something off the shelf - with key sessions and progressions.
Andy will not write your plan for you – this is a cooperative process and you should expect homework.
£199.00 as 2 x 45 minute calls by skype/phone or 1.5 hours in person
Andy can usually help you make a breakthrough in one session and rarely needs more than three.

Andy is typically asked for race-specific coaching and training 3, 6, or 12 months out from the target race. Popular requests are for multi-day stage races (especially Marathon des Sables) and long single stage ultramarathons that are a significant step up for the client.
