'It firmed up the commitment... crystallised the desire and helped me visualise what I needed to do... it was the right level of detail for me.'

What We Do

Andy coaches ultra-marathon runners in person or by telephone so that their race performance becomes more consistent.

This Is For You If
You have experienced some or all of these:
  • Inconsistent finishes and race performances
  • Poor self-management during the race
  • Mentally fragile
  • Overwhelmed by big challenges and setbacks
  • Set unrealistic expectations and pace

And you want to be able to do this:
  • Move through and beyond the low moments
  • Be smarter about harnessing your desire to succeed
  • Stay strong in your beliefs about yourself and your chances
  • Make smart decisions throughout the race
  • Set your expectations and pace at a level which is right for you

The longer the race, the more you need the skills to manage how you feel.
